Solar activity was very low, despite a B2.3 x-ray flare at 11/0556 UTC from spotless and magnetically simple, Region 2758 (S30W15). No Earth-directed CMEs were observed in available coronagraph imagery.
The solar kp index is quiet, with no changes to retrograde effects. The solar wind speed is currently normal.

The Solar System at a Glance
Solar wind parameters were indicative of a continued slow regime. Total IMF strength was less than 5 nT and the Bz component underwent only weak deviations. Solar wind speed was primarily 300-325 km/s and the phi angle was predominantly negative; although it did occasionally shift between sectors.
There is a 20% chance of solar activity, with a 1% chance of a minor event, a 1% chance of a moderate event, and a 1% chance of a strong event.
